چکیده

Background: Patients with coronary slow flow phenomenon (CSFP) exhibit the following characteristics: Predominantly middle-aged males, majority have mixed pattern angina, persistent chest pain sensations after therapy, and many had repeated invasive non-invasive examinations.
Objectives: Our study aimed to determine base of predictors in patients presenting chronic syndrome.
Methods: This a case-control included 100 participants suspected artery disease were divided into two groups matched age sex group I: 50 primary CSFP II: normal angiography. Each patient was undergoing demographic data taking, physical investigation, good hydration, restrict fasting hours requested for angiography, 12 lead-Electrocardiogram (ECG)s obtained each at rest, laboratory parameters, treadmill exercise ECG, transthoracic echocardiography assess thickness left ventricle’s (LV) wall, its interior dimensions, as well LV’s ejection fraction (EF) using M-mood method aortic propagation velocity.
Results: male Canadian Cardiovascular Society Angina grade’s (CCSA) class 3 significantly decreased I compared II sex, Diabetes mellitus (DM), smoker CCSA 4 substantially increase (P <0.05). P wave max, Wave dispersion (PWd), corrected QT (QTcd) resting T inversion ST Waves segment depression stress ECG II. QTc min lower LA diameter increased than Aortic velocity Hematocrit, total leucocytic count, mean platelet volume High-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) <0.05).
Conclusions: having who are diagnosed flow, dilated LA, or 4, elevated hematocrit value, volume, HsCRP, PWd, QTcd, inversion, depression, statistically higher controls.

Evaluation of Electrocardiogram Changes in Patients with Slow Coronary Flow

Background: Slow coronary flow (SCF) is defined as a condition in which in spite of no evidence of coronary occlusion or stenosis in angiography, there is delayed pacification of the vessels after the injection of a contrast agent. There are several studies about electrocardiogram (ECG) changes in these patients, but changes like OLD MI, RBBB, LBBB, LVH and ST-T wave have not b...

coronary slow flow phenomenon clinical findings and predictors

conclusions the scf phenomenon is relatively frequent, particularly among patients with acute coronary syndrome who are scheduled for coronary angiography. hypertension, a low hdl-c level, and high hemoglobin level can be considered independent predictors of this phenomenon. results among the 3600 patients scheduled for selective coronary angiography, 75 (2%) met the scf criteria. scf and neca ...

Coronary Slow Flow Phenomenon Clinical Findings and Predictors

BACKGROUND In some patients with chest pain, selective coronary angiography reveals slow contrast agent passage through the epicardial coronary arteries in the absence of stenosis. This phenomenon has been designated the slow coronary flow (SCF) phenomenon. OBJECTIVES In this study, we aimed to describe the demographic and clinical findings and presence of common atherosclerosis risk factors ...

The effect of blood cell count on coronary flow in patients with coronary slow flow phenomenon

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE The coronary slow flow phenomenon (CSFP) is a coronary artery disease with a benign course, but its pathological mechanisms are not yet fully understood. The purpose of this controlled study was to investigate the cellular content of blood in patients diagnosed with CSFP and the relationship of this with coronary flow rates. METHODS Selective coronary angiographies of ...

Nicorandil effect on myocardial perfusion in patients with slow coronary flow phenomenon assessment by gated myocardial perfusion SPECT

Introduction:Patients with the coronary slow flow phenomenon (SCF) frequently experience angina episodes. The purpose of this study was to determine efficacy of nicorandil in myocardial perfusion in patients with SCF. Methods: Twenty patients (50.85 ± 12.96 y) with SCF were studied.  We evaluate coronary slow flow according to protracted thrombolysis in m...
